Submit request
The request center of the Help Center is available to submit requests to Sis ID's support team. Most frequently raised requests are categorized and require specific information.
- Click on the top right corner of the page on the “Submit a request" button
- Select the topic that suits the most with your question from the dropdown list.
You can start filling in the information, making sure that all mandatory fields have been completed. Once you've finished, click on the “Submit” button.
Track and follow your requests
Previous requests can be tracked from the requests overview page. To access this overview, hit the "Requests" button in the dropdown menu.
It may take up to few minutes for a submitted request to be visible from the my requests list.
Check details of a request
A specific request details containing support replies is available by clicking on the request name from the requests list page.
The information in the gray block on the right is about the support ticket for this request:
- Requester: your first and last name
- Created: date the ticket was opened
- Last activity: date of last message sent by requester or Sis ID agent
Provide additional details to an ongoing request
On your behalf or based on Sis ID's support team reply, you may wish to provide additional details on a request. To do so, you may simply reply to the conversation and add text, images, quotes, links or attachments.
Reopen a previously closed request
Need to reopen a request which has been closed to ask for additional details? Use the "Create a follow up" option on the bottom of the conversation to follow up on the current request.
