You can independently track the progress of your third parties' ongoing certifications using three dashboards available on My Sis ID in the “Reporting” tab, then “Accreditations”. These dashboards can be downloaded in CSV or Excel format, with a maximum of 10,000 lines, by hovering the dashboard visualization and clicking on the three dots button:
Important information: Please note that the visualizations are not real time since data is updated every night, therefore these dashboards are based on yesterday's data. The charts have a last 12 months period by default. You can change the selected period with the filter.
Key certification management indicators
The first sub-tab, “General information”, displays the most relevant indicators for monitoring the certification progress of your third parties.
- Total number of third parties invited over a given period - third parties invited by your contract company.
- Number of invited third parties per month - split of third parties invited per month.
- Geographical breakdown of invited third parties - world map to display your invited third parties, you can hover the country to see how many third parties are from this country.
- Breakdown of invited third parties by country - highlight on your top 5 countries represented with the most third parties, and a section "Other" for the remaining ones.
- Breakdown of invited third parties by status - you can find all the main statuses from invitation sent to certification.
- Breakdown of certifications by step - you can find all the certification steps from initial data checks to processed ended.
Invitations & Certifications overview
Once an invitation has been sent to your third party, you can check their status in the “Invitations & certifications overview” sub-tab of the “Reporting - Accreditations” tab. You can also apply various filters to this dashboard, particulary by current status or invited company to facilitate your search.
The main dashboard shows the progress of your third parties from invitation to certification, and is designed to meet the following needs:
- Provide a detailed overview of the certification status of your third parties: you can find a status (filterable and sortable) as well as indicators on the number of bank details already certified and in the process of being certified.
- Make it easier to identify third parties awaiting certification so you can re-invite them - you can find information about the recipient of the last invitation, and the invitation code.
- Simplify navigation between the “Beneficiaries” and “Invitations” tabs, as well as manual actions - a quick link to the invitation history is available in the column "Invitations and emails" so that you can also see all the recipients who received the invitation email.
Note: In some cases, the registration date of a third party displayed in this Invitations to certification overview may be earlier than your own invitation. This occurs when:
- Another Sis ID customer had already invited this third party before you did - the column "Invitation used sent by" indicates you whether the invitation was from your company ("Your company") or from another one ("Another company").
- The third party registered on the platform following that initial invitation.
Therefore the displayed date refers to the third party’s first registration on My Sis ID, not the date of your invitation.
Waiting for registration:
Your invitation has been sent, and your third party must now register on the platform. As a reminder, if your third party doesn't register after receiving the invitation, we send them 3 reminder emails (you can see the article on this subject: Following the registration of your third parties). We highly recommend you to send reminders and call your third parties on your side to fasten the process with Sis ID.
Registration in progress:
Your third party has started the registration process but has not finalized it by adding their bank details. Without this, our teams are unable to begin their checks. We therefore recommend that you contact this third party again to ask them to add their bank details to the platform.
Certification in progress:
Your third party has entered their details correctly on the platform. Our certification services will carry out the necessary checks to certify your third party as quickly as possible. You can find more information about the certification current step in the other sub-tab "Ongoing certifications tracking".
At least one payment identity certified:
Your third party has entered their bank details on the platform and our teams have verified and accredited at least one of the bank details added by your third party. You can find details of the number of certified bank details in the “Certified bank details” column.
Impossible certification:
Ongoing certifications tracking
Sis ID's verification processes
After your third party used the invitation, completed the registration and added bank details on My Sis ID, our certification team can proceed with a number of manual checks:
- Initial data checks to validate accuracy of information provided in the invitation with our partner data sources.
- Counter calls to a phone number identified as reliable by our internal processes. If the third party does not answer our calls, Sis ID sends a postal mail to its official registration address.
- Postal mails, if the third party does not have a phone number identified as reliable, or if our counter calls are unsuccessful. This postal mail is sent to an official address registered with the national trade register (usually the company's headquarters, but it can also be a local branch or office if the address is found on our reliable partner data sources).
