As mentioned in this article, you can add several bank details associated to your company on My Sis ID. In some cases, you may need to delete them:
- You added incorrect bank details and want to remove them
- After an unsuccessful certification process with Sis ID, you were asked by our certification team to delete your bank details from My Sis ID and to add them once again, in order to start a new certification process with Sis ID.
Delete from the "My bank details" tab
You can delete bank details directly via the "My bank details" tab:
- Log in to My Sis ID
- Go to the "My bank details" tab
- Click on the actions buttons for the bank details you want to delete in the right column "Actions" and then click on "Delete"
4. You can then click on the red button "Confirm" to confirm the deletion.
Adding bank details once again
After deletion, you can add bank details by using the “Add” button. If the bank details are not automatically validated with the status “Validated”, they will be with the status “Pending”, in ongoing validation by our certification team. This means that a new certification process has begun.
