Community alert
The community alert function allows the reporting of suspected fraud related to bank details associated with an entity.
When bank details are reported as suspected of fraud:
- It triggers an investigation by Sis ID's support team
- These bank details immediately become invalid for all Sis ID clients. If verified, a red score is assigned with the reason "Potentially fraudulent details. Analysis in progress.".
We remind you that reporting a fraud is a serious action. We invite you to contact your Customer Success Manager if you need more information. The fraud report is also not a way to contact our support team for other topics.
How to do a fraud report?
- Login to My Sis ID

Click on the pink button "Alert"
- Report details of the entity and bank details supposedly under fraud attempt:
Our dedicated support team will then analyze the situation and get back to you for further investigation and next steps.
