If you need to export data from My Sis ID, the following items can be downloaded as CSV files:
- Controls list
- Controls import results
- Master File Audit : Latest controls results for your beneficiary repository
- Invitations of third parties
- Certifications overview

1 - Controls list
- Hit https://my.sis-id.com/#/control
- Use the filtering options of the controls list page to select the scope of controls to export, for instance:
- Controls within a timeframe
- Controls type, companies or natural persons
- Controls made by a specific author or a specific emitting company
- Controls in a given status
- A combination of any filters
- Click on "Export (CSV)
This list is not deduplicated. All controls matching filters are selected. Deduplicated controls are listed in the Master File Audit tab and export.
This export shows the first 1,000 lines. Please contact your CSM if you need a custom extract with more lines.
Informations contained in the exported file
- Name of the author of the control. If the control was made through API, the name of the company will appear
- Company you made the control for (country, name and company ID) as you can add several companies to your account
- Controlled company informations (country, company ID and name)
- Controlled natural person informations (last name, surname and birth date)
- Bank informations controlled
- Sis ID's score
- Control date
- Reasons for Sis ID's score
2 - Control import results
- Go to https://my.sis-id.com/#/control/import
- Browse or filter the import list to select an import to export
- Click on "Download"
Informations contained in the exported file
- Name of the author of the control. If the control was made through API, the name of the company will appear
- Controlled company informations (country, company ID and name)
- Controlled natural person informations (last name, surname and birth date)
- Bank informations controlled
- Sis ID's score
- Control date
- Reasons for Sis ID's score
- Your references will appear only if you filled the column in the imported file
3 - Master File Audit : Latest controls results for your beneficiary repository
- Go to https://my.sis-id.com/#/control/synthesis
- Use the filtering options of the master file audit page to select the scope of controls to export, for instance:
- Controls within a timeframe
- Controls type, companies or natural persons
- Controls made by a specific author or a specific emitting company
- Controls in a given status
- A combination of any filters
- Click on "Export (CSV)"
This list is deduplicated and shows the last result available for a beneficiary bank details checks. All controls matching filters are selected. All controls are listed in the Controls tab and export.
This export shows the first 1,000 lines. Please contact your CSM if you need a custom extract with more lines.

- Controlled company informations (country, company ID and name)
- Controlled natural person informations (last name, surname and birth date)

4 - Invitations of third parties
- Go to https://my.sis-id.com/#/invitations
- Use the filtering options of the invitations list page to select the scope of invitations to export
- Click on "Export (CSV)"
Informations contained in the exported file
- Company you sent the invitation for (country, name and company ID) as you can add several companies to your account
- Invited company informations (country, company ID and name)
- Author/sender of the invitation
- Invitation code. For every invitation, the code generated is unique and will allow your third party to authenticate their company when starting the registration process. Every code is valid for 90 days
- URL to give your third party for them to access the first step of the registration process. The URL contains the invitation code
- Invitation creation date. Caution ! This date is the one when you created the invitation code but not necessarily the date when you first sent it. You can indeed create an invitation code without registering any recipient address so no invitation will be sent
- Expiry date for the invitation code (creation date + 90 days)
- Number of uses for this invitation code.
5 - Certifications overview
- Go to https://my.sis-id.com/#/reporting/accreditations
- Select one of the tabs from which to download the content
- Use the filtering options to select the information to export
- Hover over the visualization from which to export the data, at the top right, to display the export menu
- Select the export format.

6 - Reporting
Generally speaking, all information available in the "Reporting" section of My Sis ID can be exported in a format appropriate to the content:
- CSV, XLSX, and JSON for all representations. The data supporting visual representations (vertical bars, maps) can thus be retrieved in raw format;
- PNG for visualizations;
- Export tab as PDF.
