Throughout your use of the My Sis ID platform, you will receive various email notifications from the address "noreply@sis-id.com".
- General notifications - you are informed of all key actions concerning your My Sis ID account and your company (changes made by other users of your company for example).
- Invitation notifications - you are informed when you invite third parties, when My Sis ID sends them reminders and when they add bank details and get certified.
General notifications
New account created
This email informs you as soon as a new account is created on My Sis ID for your company. All account users receive this notification.
Adding bank details
This email informs you as soon as new bank details are added to My Sis ID for your company. All account users receive this notification.
Should they be incorrect, please contact our support team.
Invitation notifications
Inviting your third party
This email is sent to your third parties so that they can register on the platform and have their bank details certified. The user from your company who sent the invitation will always receive a copy of this email.
Reminders of invitation to your third party
This email is sent to your third party in case they didn't sign up as soon as receiving their invitation. These reminders are sent:
- 1 day after the first invitation
- 5 days after the first invitation
- 7 days after the first invitation
On the 9th day, if your third party is still not registered on the platform, you will receive a notification to advise you and saying that reminders are on hold.
All users attached to the company within the perimeter from which the invitation was sent receive this notification.
Addition of bank details by your third party
This email informs you that your third party has added their bank details to the platform, which are now "being verified". The certification process by our support team therefore starts at this point. This does not mean that the bank details have been certified.

Bank details validation
This email informs you that the bank details added by your third party and which were in the certification process have now been certified. You can go to My Sis ID to check your third party validated bank details.

I don't want to receive email notifications anymore
We do not propose the option to deactivate email notifications for the time being.
However, you can set a rule in your inbox so that emails sent from the address "noreply@sis-id.com" are automatically sorted into a dedicated folder.
