After adding bank details on My Sis ID, you started a certification process. You received a postal mail, the "verification letter" to your verified physical address. The certification cannot be completed if you lost this letter containing a verification code that you must communicate to us.

- Call us on our phone number +33 4 65 84 95 59, only during our opening hours (from Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm UTC+2, Paris time).
A new postal mail will then be sent to you shortly. Upon reception, we invite you to contact us again by phone or by chat to finalize the certification process.
