You started a certification process with Sis ID, and our certification services team sent you a letter by post. We call this mail the "verification postal mail" or "verification letter". And sometimes it happens, the letter is not delivered, or the address was not the right one for you to receive it. Please note that we only send this verification postal mail to an official address that we validated on relevant data sources.
More information about how to get your certification: Get certified by chat or call our certification services team.
