Bypass the control
When a Sis ID check is not validating (Green/High), a binary approach could be to block the operation on the beneficiary (creation, update, payment, etc.). However, blocking the overall process is risky in terms of business viability. A bypass option, potentially limited to curated users, must be considered along with a Sis ID check implementation.
Check by company name
Using by name companies check should be considered a fallback mechanism when no identifier is available to proceed the check, or in extension of a previous check by identifier in the client purchase to pay process, for instance :
- Check by company identifier at the time of beneficiary creation or update in the ERP
- Check by company name at the time of beneficiary payment in the TMS
Check relaunch
If you encountered check timeout or a technical issue occurred while in the retrieval of the control, then a relaunch button is suggested to help the end user with a check. Here an exemple of integration of the relaunch button in the My Sis ID web app:
Proof of control and PDF certificates
Need a proof of control for audit purpose? A dedicated endpoint allows downloading of the control result and retrieving the certificates in PDF format.
