You received an invitation to register on My Sis ID. You are on a Freemium plan. The registration process consists of 7 steps.

Starting the registration
You will be redirected to the My Sis ID platform to complete your registration process. Let's get started!
Step 1: Verify your company information
After clicking the “Let’s Get Started” button, your information will already be pre-filled, including:
- The invitation code
- Your company’s country
- Your company ID
Select your preferred language for the registration process.
Then, click “Next”

If you receive the error message “We were unable to verify the validity of the association between the invitation code and the company ID,” this means:
- The invitation does not match the company ID.
- Check the ID in the invitation email to ensure it corresponds to the correct company.
- Check the ID in the invitation email to ensure it corresponds to the correct company.
- The invitation code has expired.
- Invitations expire after 3 months. If that’s the case, ask your client to send you a new code.
Step 2: Enter your contact information
Enter your contact information (name, first name, etc.). You can enter the information even if you are registering a colleague.
Then, click "Next"
Step 3: Enter your company address
Then, click “Next”.
Step 4: Create your account
To create your account, enter your email address and password that meets the following criteria:
- At least 12 characters
- 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character
Please accept our Terms and Conditions to continue. Then click on “Check.”
Step 5: Activate your account
An activation email has been sent to you to confirm the activation of your account.

If you do not receive the activation email, check:
- That there is no error in your email address
- Your spam or junk mail folders
- That the sender is noreply@sis-id.com
Step 6: Verify your phone number
To secure your account, enter a phone number and choose a verification method:
- Landline: You will receive a 6-digit code via a phone call. This may take 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mobile phone: You will receive a text message (SMS) with a 6-digit code. This may take 1 to 2 minutes.
Then, click “Next”.
Step 7: Enter your bank details
If this is your first registration, congratulations and welcome! The page will automatically appear after your phone has been validated. To add your bank details:
- Fill in the required information
- Click “Save”
- Confirm the registration with a 6-digit code received by call or SMS
If you are a Sis ID client, we’re happy to see you again. You can click the “Skip this step” button at the bottom left of the screen.
Completing your registration
Once the bank details have been added, you will be redirected to My Sis ID and notified by email.
