When you register on My Sis ID, one of the steps is to indicate information details about you as the contact invited by another company. It includes first name, last name but also 2 important pieces of information that are needed for a certification process with Sis ID:
- A reliable phone number, official but also reachable where Sis ID can call you.
- The postal address of your head office, basically the registration address in the national trade register.
For more information about the registration process, you can check this article: How to create your account on My Sis ID?
An official and reachable phone number
If you have to get certified by Sis ID, our certification services team will perform counter calls and send postal mails to your physical address where the company is registered. The full process and steps are detailed here: What are the steps to get certified by Sis ID?
For counter calls, our team needs to have an official phone number and conduct cross checks in various data sources. As such, we recommend you to indicate an official phone number, a professional one, and if possible the main one for your company, even if it is the switchboard number. You can then inform your colleagues that you might receive calls from Sis ID, and forward them the invitation email.
The postal address of your head office
In case the counter-calls attempts are unsuccessful, our team sends a letter by post to your company registration address. Again, we cross check data on different sources. In the registration form, we suggest you indicate the main official address where your company is registered, the headquarter's address.
The reliability of data provided by the third party is key to have a faster certification process with Sis ID.
