Instead of adding bank details one after another, you can add all your bank details at once, filling out a CSV file and uploading it to My Sis ID.
Download the import file template
First you need to get the template. Follow these steps to download the file:
- Go to the "My bank details" tab
- Click on the "Add" button.
- Then select the "Add all my bank details at once" tab
- Click on "Download the template"
Complete the CSV file with bank details
The file must be an Excel document in CSV format with a semicolon separator.
- All companies listed must be associated with your user account. Check this in the "Companies" tab.
- Ensure that the number format is set to "Text".
- To avoid unnecessary spaces, open your file with Notepad, Notepad++, or an equivalent.
Import the file on My Sis ID
After downloading and completing the template, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Add all my bank details at once" tab
- Click on "Browse"
- Select your file
- Click on "Save"
A "Import result" window will open, and your bank details will begin to load. You can close the window once the loading is complete; your bank details have been successfully added.
