- Question,
- Access,
- Rectify,
- Or delete any personal data.
Contact our DPO by email
The only way to contact Sis ID with regards to data protection, is to send an email to dpo@sis-id.com with if possible the following information:
- The email associated to your My Sis ID account,
- The data you want to perform an action onto - name, email, address, job title, phone numbers,
- The action you want to proceed on this data - question, access, rectify, delete.
We recommend you to be as much precise as you can, so that our Data Protection Officer can treat your request efficiently.
Delete my personal data
Indeed you have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data, according to GDPR. To do so, you can send us an email to the same address indicated above. Sis ID will then proceed the complete deletion of your personal data and user account on:
- My Sis ID's internal database
- Sis ID's external solution providers
Sis ID ensures that the erasure of your personal data will be performed within 30 days after the reception of your request.
We will only process the information exchanged in connection with your request for the time necessary to process the request. This information will not be used for any other purpose.
Note: If your email does not concern a request relating to the GDPR, it will be destroyed without being processed.
