You received an invitation to register on My Sis ID. The registration process consists of 6 steps, and differs if you are a SSO user or not:
- All the 6 steps for standard login users
- The last 2 steps for SSO users.
Starting the registration
To begin, click on the invitation code in the email. You will be redirected to the platform on the company identification page.
Step 1: Identify your company
The invitation code will already be filled in. You just need to complete:
- The country of your company
- Your company identifier
Then, click on "Next Step".
If you receive the error message, "We could not verify the validity of the association between the invitation code and the company identification number," it means that:

The invitation does not match the company identifier entered. Verify the identifier in the invitation email to ensure it matches the relevant company.

If the problem persists, please contact Sis ID's support team.

The invitation code has expired. Invitations expire after 3 months. If this is the case, ask your client to send a new code.
Step 2: Create your account
To create your account, enter your email address and a password that meets the following criteria:
- At least 12 characters
- 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character
Then, accept the Terms of Service and click on "Next Step".
Step 3: Enter your contact information
Enter your contact information (name, first name, etc.). You can enter the information even if you are registering a colleague. Then, click on "Next Step".
Step 4: Activate your account
A verification email will be sent to you. Click on "Activate my account" to verify your email address. If you do not receive the email, check:
- That there is no error in your email address
- Your spam or junk mail folders
- That the sender is noreply@sis-id.com.
If the issue persists, please contact Sis ID's support team.
Step 5: Verify your phone number
To secure your account, enter a phone number and choose a verification method:
- Landline: a 6-digit code will be provided via a phone call
- Mobile: you will receive a 6-digit code via SMS.
If you do not receive the call or SMS, ensure the number is correct, refresh the page, and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Sis ID's support team.
Step 6: Enter your bank details
Adding your bank details is the final step. If this is your first registration, the page will automatically display after phone verification. To add your bank details:
- Fill in the necessary information
- Click on "Save"
- Confirm the registration with a 6-digit code received via call or SMS.
If you are a Sis ID client, you can click the "Skip this step" button at the bottom left of the screen.
Completing the registration
Once the bank details have been added, you will be redirected to My Sis ID and notified by email.
