The forgotten password procedure only applies to non-SSO (Single Sing On) users. If your organization requires you to use SSO for login to My Sis ID, please contact your system administrator. You can reset your password following the steps below:
- Click the "Forgotten password" link on My Sis ID login page
- Enter your email address to reset your password. If an account exists for this email, a reset password link will be emailed to the address associated with this account
- Open the email and click on the reset password link
- Enter your new password
- Login using your new password
