Initial verification
- Use the company identifier and the factoring IBAN of your third party
- If the score is not "green": in this case, check the company identifier of the factoring company (used by your third party) as well as the IBAN.
Control result
- If the score is "green" during step 1 or step 2: it means the bank details have been certified by Sis ID.
- If the score is "orange" or "red": send an invitation directly to the third party. They will need to add the factoring IBAN to their account. It is essential to associate the invitation code with your third party's company identifier.
Identification of factoring pairs in control results
We have identified most IBANs and factoring companies on My Sis ID. Here’s how they are classified in the reason labels provided in a control result:
- Factoring IBAN
- Factoring company
- IBAN corresponding to the factoring company
- Factoring company and IBAN known to be used in factoring but do not correspond.
