In this article, we explain you how to check if your third party added some bank details and if they have been certified by Sis ID.
- Go to the “Beneficiaries” tab
- Find the third party in the list
- Click on the "Actions" button on the right side of the line and click on “See bank details”.
There is no bank details indicated
It means that your third party started to register on My Sis ID but did not finish the process by adding bank details (IBAN or BBAN). We are sending reminders for them to do it but do not hesitate to reach them out directly.
What does the bank details "status" mean ?
There are 2 types of status related to your third party's certification:
- Orange score with “Verification pending” mention - The third party added bank details but the certification process is ongoing with our certification services team.
- Green score with “Validated” mention - The third party added bank details that have been certified by our certification services team. You should have received a confirmation email.
