You received a notification indicating that your third party's IBAN has been validated, but the score is still orange or red?
Check if you have received the following reasons:
- "Company enrolled on the platform": The company is registered on My Sis ID.
- "Bank details not added on the platform": This IBAN has not been added by any company on the platform.
If both elements are present, it means your third party either has not added an IBAN on My Sis ID or has added one that differs from the one you have.
Procedure to verify the IBAN added by your third party
- Go to the "Beneficiaries" tab on the platform
- Search for the relevant third party's row
- In the "Actions" column, select "View bank details"
- The IBAN added by your third party will be visible by clicking on the eye-shaped icon.
What to do if the IBAN is different?
- Contact your third party to understand why the correct IBAN has not been added
- Invite them to update the IBAN on the platform.
