In order to complete the certification process on My Sis ID, you have 2 options:
- Use our chat on My Sis ID platform, you can do it 24/7
- Call us on our phone number, only during our opening hours
Directly on the chat
The first option is to open the chat on My Sis ID:
- Log into your My Sis ID account
- Then open the chat on the right bottom Choose the suggestion “Validate my bank details”
- Follow the process by providing your company identifier, your bank details (IBAN or BBAN) and the verification code (if you received a postal mail from Sis ID)
- Our team will check your information's details Sis ID will inform you once you get certified or will contact you for further information if needed.

The other alternative is to call our certification services team at +33 4 65 84 95 59, but only during our opening hours:
- from Monday to Friday
- from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm UTC+2 (Paris time).
