Once you positively completed the certification process with Sis ID, your bank details are “valid” according to Sis ID: other companies have the green light to process a payment on these bank details. This is why Sis ID automatically delivers a “Certificate of validity” that certifies that the bank details are certified and that they actually belong to your company.
Where to find the certificate of validity?
You can access the certificate of validity directly on My Sis ID, where you registered for the first time and added your bank details.
- Login on My Sis ID to your account
- Simply check on this “Dashboard” page on the right side: you can click on the QR code to display the certificate of validity
- Click on the “Download” button to access the QR code
How to use the QR code?
The QR code is useful for you to reassure your clients, showing them you already did the Sis ID certification process. We recommend you to add this QR code with the label “Sis Certified” as shown below, to your bills for instance.
- Your client can then just scan the QR code to verify that your bank details are certified by Sis ID
- You have no need to do the certification process again on My Sis ID for these bank details
