Invalid password message
If you receive an invalid password response despite using a correct password when logging in to My Sis ID, this may be caused by safeguards used to prevent anonymized connections via VPN or proxy.
To enable login:
- As an administrator of your own VPN or proxy, disable it
- As a member of an organization requiring VPN or proxy for its member, please contact Sis ID's support team to get assistance.
Not receiving emails from Sis ID
The first step is to verify that the email address you entered is yours and that there are no typographical errors. In some cases, the email may be directed to your junk or spam folder.
You can also perform a search in your inbox using the Sis ID email address from which the emails originated: noreply@sis-id.com.
We recommend you to add the noreply@sis-id.com email address to your address book to ensure that you receive our communications.
If despite these recommendations, you still do not receive our emails, we kindly suggest you to contact Sis ID's support team.
Browser compatibility
My Sis ID is a SaaS application using a web browser for the SaaS front end application. No plugins are required for the web browser.
To access the platform, the three most recent versions of each web browser are supported:
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge based on Chromium
Hardware requirements
The solution is working on all operating systems (OS). My Sis ID web application is accessible via a computer or tablet with a minimum screen resolution of 1280x720.
