Advanced company search

The company identification capacity used in Sis ID products for control or invitation is extended with additional and optional search parameters.

These parameters are used by Sis ID to improve company identification success against third party data providers and should prove especially relevant to verifications of third parties in countries like US, Canada or Germany (non exhaustive) to fix limitations documented in:

 

Benefit from advanced search

The advanced search feature applies to company identification across all countries and should be used:

  • Without limitations of specific countries
  • For company ID checks. It does not apply to controls by name

This change is fully optional but highly recommended. Using this feature does not require option, permission or pricing increase.

 

Advanced search criteria

The advanced search criteria must be filled in based on the information you have about the third-party company to be verified or invited, including:

  • Company name
  • Postal address
  • Postcode
  • City

 

How to use advanced search?

Advanced search is directly integrated with the control and invitation features you are familiar with. To access the advanced search criteria:

  1. Activate "Advanced Search"

  1. Fill in the information you have about the company you want to check (company name, postal address, postcode, city).

  2. Launch the search with the additional criteria completed by clicking on the "advanced search" button.

 

I cannot use advanced search

If advanced search does not appear on your screen, check that the button is not hidden by the drop-down menu of companies found. To do this:

  1. Delete the ID
  2. Activate "Advanced search"
  3. Enter the ID and fill in the information you have about the third-party company to be checked

 

Remove a result obtained with advanced search

To remove a result found with the advanced search, you must first remove the company ID found.
