During the verification of a company and its bank details, three scores can be attributed:
- Green score: Reliable information; you can proceed with the payment safely.
- Orange score: Fraud risk detected; payment is not recommended.
- Red score: High fraud risk; payment is not recommended.
The reasons provided in the "Reasons" section offer context on the verifications performed:
- Mutualized and anonymized payment histories
- Match verification services with partner data sources
- Certification services by Sis ID team.

Green score
The bank details belong to the company. You can create or update the record for the third party and proceed with payments securely.
Red score

The bank details or the company could not be verified (e.g., closed company, unidentifiable company, closed bank account, or fraudulent bank details). Update the information in your third-party database.

Or information indicating a high fraud risk has been found. Invite your third party to get certified by Sis ID.
Orange score
- Temporary, awaiting for SEPAmail DIAMOND service: If you see "Verification in progress by service ##," wait up to 20 minutes or click "Retry" to refresh the verification.
- Definitive result: Fraud risk is detected, but the information is insufficient to confirm or reject the payment. Invite your third party to get certified by Sis ID.
