When you receive an orange or red score to a control, it is highly recommended to invite your third party to register on My Sis ID. This will lead to a certification process from Sis ID's support team that will conduct additional verifications to certify (or not) these bank details.
Sis ID's support documentation kit
To maximize your chances of successful invitations, we recommend to download our support documentation kit made for our users to understand the full process from invitation to certification. You can access it here: Sis ID's support documentation kit. This file contains:
- An email template to legitimate the partnership
- Guides for your third parties (short and long versions in French, English, Spanish, Italian and German) to attach to your email
- A section with frequently asked questions that your third parties may ask.
Best practices for sending invitations
Find out how to invite your third parties in this dedicated article: Inviting your third parties on My Sis ID.
When you click on "Create", an invitation email is automatically sent to your third party, with you in copy. This email is sent from the address noreply@sis-id.com. However, "noreply" addresses sometimes have limitations, such as:
- The email may end up in the spam folder.
- Third parties, especially those concerned with cybersecurity, may be reluctant to click on a link from an unknown address.
Ensuring successful delivery of the invitation
To maximize the chances that your third party receives and acts on the invitation, we recommend sending an email from your personal address. Here's how to do it:
- Download the email template from our support documentation kit.
- Save this template as a signature in your email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
- When you receive the automatic Sis ID email (you are in copy), click on "Reply to all"
- Add your signature, personnalize the content if necessary, and send the email.
- Don’t forget to attach one of the user guides (short or long version) to your email.
Reminding the right bank details for this payment
When your third party registers, they can add as many bank details as needed. To ensure they provide the correct bank details for this specific payment, you can mention it in your email, for example: "We need Sis ID to certify the IBAN ending with XXXX1234567. You can also register all your company’s IBANs to facilitate transactions with other clients."
