You sent an invitation to your third party and you would like to know if the invitation has been used and/or if the third party completed the registration process on My Sis ID.
Your third party hasn't registered yet on My Sis ID
As you were in copy of the original invitation, you will be in copy of the different reminders sent to your third party.
You can then know whether the recipient used your invitation or not. You can also go to My Sis ID to have a general overview of the invitations sent.
In the "Invitations" tab you will find every invitation sent by you or by another user from your company(ies):
- The "Uses" columns shows how many times the invitation code was used (0 is indicated if the invitation is unused).
- The "Actions" column is here to check the history related to this invitation (use of the invitation and invitation code sent by email to a recipient).
After 9 days, if your third party still isn't registered on My Sis ID, reminder will be put on hold and you will receive an automatic email.
Your third party registered on the platform
Thanks to the "Uses" column, you can easily see if the invitation code was used.
- As soon as your third party adds bank details on the platform, you will also receive an email.
- You will also be notified when the bank details are certified. We recommend you to relaunch the control to make sure that the certified bank details are the one you intended to use.
