If you have already sent an invitation to a company and it is still valid, you won’t be able to create a new one. A message will indicate that an existing invitation is already in place for this company.
How to resend an invitation?
You can resend the invitation to new recipients:
- Go to the "Invitations" tab
- Find the company by searching for its company identifier
- Click "Actions" button (the three dots at the end of the row)
- Click on "Send"
- Follow the usual steps.
How to revoke an existing invitation?
You can also revoke an invitation that is still unused by the beneficiary. Invitation codes are valid during 90 days.
- In the "Invitations" tab
- Find the company in question by searching for its company ID
- Click the "Actions" button (the three dots at the end of the line)
- Click "Revoke." Only the person who originally invited can revoke it. This button "Revoke" only appears when the invitation code is valid.
- Resend an invitation.
