The limitations of mass invitations: the challenges of "noreply" addresses
As discussed in more detail in our article Ensuring that my third party receives the invitation, invitation emails are sent from the noreply@sis-id.com email address and have the following limitations:
- Ending up in spam: some security settings may direct our invitations to your recipients' spam folders. Make sure they regularly check their spam folder.
- Caution towards "noreply" email: in the growing context of cybersecurity, recipients may hesitate to click on a link from a "noreply" email, especially if they are unfamiliar with Sis ID. We recommend you to inform them, to build trust and legitimate the invitation.
How to maximize the receipt of invitations?
To increase your chances of success, send a mass email to all your suppliers inviting them to join our platform. Here are 3 suggestions for an effective email:
- Explain the reason for the invitation and your actions to fight fraud
- Present how our Sis ID platform works to control bank details
- Include registration information about to create an account
Easily retrieve information of your invitations
To prepare the mailing list for this email, we recommend following these steps:
- Go to the "Invitations" tab
- Filter by the name of your invitation file
- Click "Export".
In the exported file, you will find:
- Name and country of the invited company
- Invitation code and link
Use the "VLOOKUP" formula to add your recipients' email addresses.
Sending mass validation emails
You are now ready to send your validation emails to your third parties. Here is how to proceed based on your email platform:
