When you invite a third party to onboard on My Sis ID, an email is sent to this third party, containing an invitation code with a link to
How do I create an invitation code?
An invitation code is created when an invitation is sent and is associated with the company identifier of the invited company. The invitation code is sent to your supplier by automatic email. You will then receive a copy of this invitation email.
If you have an issue sending invitations, you can also create an invitation code and share it manually with your third party. In this case, your third party will not receive an automatic email. Only use this method if you are having trouble sending invitations. To do this, follow these steps:
Create the code without a recipient by clicking the “X” to remove the recipient.
- Then, click create.
Retrieve the generated code in your invitations tab.
Send the code using your email, without going through the platform.
You can share the code using the link https://my.sis-id.com/#/registration/welcome-page?code=insérez le CODE D'INVITATION you generated.
My third party uses a factoring company
In this case, we recommend that you invite your third party to the platform and not the factoring company. You will find here our dedicated article regarding this specific case.
I haven't sent the code to the right recipient/email address
You can just click on the button under "Actions" in the "Invitations" tab: you have the option of revoking the code. All you have to do is send a new invitation to the right recipient's email address.
Characteristics of the invitation code
The invitation code is valid under the following conditions:
- For 3 months (90 days) after its creation date
- For up to 10 users by your third party.
After that, it can no longer be used: if your third party has not signed up, you will need to create and send them a new invitation code from My Sis ID.
You can check whether the code is valid or expired in the "Invitations" tab on the platform.
How do I know if my third party has registered?
You can go to the "Invitations" tab on the platform. The "Uses" column shows the number of times the code has been used (if 0 use: it means that the code has not been used, your third party has not registered on My Sis ID).
And once the third party has registered?
Access further information, including bank details, in the "My beneficiaries" tab on My Sis ID. You can find here more details about how to follow the registration process of your third parties.
